Good fast service, quality products, competitive prices. Store manager Darrin is the best at customer service, price quotes, and he’s careful to quote you the entire price. No surprises at the end. Shop staff were great too. Highly recommended.
The guys over at Big Brand always take good care of myself and my car. The service writers thoroughly explain everything to me, and answer every question I have. I have a set of limited run wheels and these guys took excellent care of them. The customer service is top tier.
Chris was very patient and helpful when I was having issues signing the lease agreement. He did everything he could to help me get the process completed! He is a great employee and I hope this company recognizes him for this.
