Amazing prompt service. My car had a nail in one tire, but the tire was still inflated. Before I went to them, I went to a few places near me, all of whom did not offer to help as the nail was close to the shoulder and suggested I replace the tire. The technician here offered to take a look and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and remove the nail, which turned out to be very short, only about 5 mm long. As this was a simple fix, they did not charge me anything. I'm definitely coming back here when I need to replace my tires eventually.
Fantastic service! Super-fast as well! Absolutely one of the best auto-repair stores in and around Sunnyvale.
They tried to upsell twice on 2 different occasions. Spent more than $700 on unnecessary replacements. Only got to know later when checking with the manufacturer. Will never go back.
