The work I needed done was not that complicated, but I was initially hesitant to use Lozano Auto Service since I did not know anything about them. They turned out to be great! I interacted with Paul and Khanh, and both of them were professional and very pleasant. The work was done very well, completed on time, and at a fair price. Excellent experience. Highly recommend this shop! Took my Mercedes for a secondary air injection pump issue. Khanh explained exactly what the problem is and what needs to be done to be fixed. They also showed the parts that were going to be installed. The whole process took less than a few hours. They were communicative and delivered on their promise. Highly recommend Lozano!! They are really good at their jobs. I’ve been coming here with my Toyota Prius since 2018 and my car never ran into problems. All the staffs are very nice there. Though they are not as fancy as some big companies besides them but they never try to sell you stuff or make you pay more services. Also, If you don’t wanna wait in the line, I recommend to come at 8 am in the morning. Your car can usually get done within an hour ????
