I received great service last week when I took my Chevy Cruze in for service. My check engine light came on and Juan was able to diagnose it pretty quickly. He sent me a link with all the services he thought were required and some additional recommendations. He never once pressured me into getting something I felt I didn't need and let me decide. David is exceptionally fair, generous, and honest. He is transparent with everything that he does and will always advocate for your best interest even if it hurts his bottom line. He even gave us a ride home while our car was out. Mechanics like David at Family Auto Care are hard to come by.
