I was a customer there for the past years and also recommended them to my friends until recently I went there for a 90k miles maintenance. They charged me for around 240 bucks and listed the items they changed, like air filters, cabin filters, etc. However, after only 3k miles, the cabin filter looked like the attached picture. Guys I trust you at that time and did not check if the cabin filter is new right after the maintenance but did you really replace my cabin filter?
