1. Super rude manner; they will not do any inspection to troubleshoot and directly replace your parts without your permission; afterwards, if you challenge them, they will get super mad, yell at you and even insult your personality. 2. But do not question their sense of responsibility, because they still do their work even when they are super mad on you.
The shop still opens during COVID-19. I came in with a punctured tire and it was fixed within 5 mins. Good workmanship; honest mechanic.
Great, honest, and fast but excellent work. The owner of the shop does a real good with customer service, helped me understand problems with my car and spotted out other problems I had no idea would be a problem. I always feel welcomed at the shop and finds anyway to satisfy their customers. 10/10 would definitely go back for maintenance again.
