Joe and the crew and J & T are incredible. SUPER friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Having this be my first time getting real car repairs and dealing with insurances, they made the process very smooth and answered the millions of questions I had. I bought a used car a few years ago that had good mileage and ran really well. After I got the car back, it felt brand spanking new, even better than when I originally bought it. I forgot what it was like to drive a car that smoothly. The issues they took care of were shown to several mechanics around the area and no one seemed to find anything wrong. Joe took one initial look at my car and asked a few questions and knew exactly what the problem was. Regarding repairs on my 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Spare parts for my car are very difficult to come by, the dealer network is not great. It took two months for the repair to take place which started to really drive me insane once we got into mid December. Communication from J&T was generally good. There were a few points where I didn’t know what the status was and they could’ve communicated a bit more so that I was always aware. In all of those cases, I believe they were waiting for parts and didn’t know when they would arrive. The quality of the repairs so far is incredibly good. Looks like new and drives like new. I am very happy with the results. And I promise to never crash my car again, ha ha!
