I decided to get my car repaired through the insurance of the person that hit my car, they asked me to work through Caliber and with the solid reviews, I chose Caliber Collision of San Bruno even though it is farther for me. Well that was the right decision! I will say nothing new that has not been said before: Jessica and her team went above and beyond my expectation as they clearly hold customer satisfaction to their heart. They clearly explained what to expect throughout the repair process, they communicated regularly with me, they helped me even with the little thing like transferring the car seats into the rental car. When I received back my car, it was as new, and I noticed they even painted an area of the car that they did not have to. I will definitely go back there in a heartbeat.
