I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this tire place that I feel compelled to share. I called ahead to inquire about purchasing new tires, expecting to receive some assistance and guidance, as I wasn't entirely sure about the tire size I needed. However, the lady who answered the phone delivered nothing short of disrespectful and unhelpful service. I understand that tire sizes are essential information when purchasing new ones, but isn't part of their job to assist customers in finding the right fit? Instead, the lady on the other end of the line was dismissive. She made it clear that she wasn't willing to provide even basic guidance without knowing my tire size. I felt utterly disappointed and disrespected during this interaction. It left me with a sour taste in my mouth and a strong desire to take my business elsewhere. hope they can take this feedback to heart and strive for better customer service in the future. As a result, I cannot recommend this place to anyo
