Mike's Alignment & Brake

My girlfriend and I came up from Monterey and she lost a caliper bolt, causing her car to make an awful sound whenever she put it in reverse. We went to Mike's at 9:30 and told them our problem and they managed to have the car fixed by 10:45; the staff was both courteous and quick!

Called to make appointment for four wheel alignment. Didn't think I would be able to get it done today because I needed the car in the afternoon. Ray said the sooner I got it in the sooner I would get it back. Drop the car off at 9:15 and asked how long it would take. About a hour. Returned at 10:00 the car was finished but still on the rack and hooked up to the computer. The alignment was all in the green zone. Thanks

Mike and his staff are always helpful and always able to accommodate our cars, especially in the event of an emergency! I always feel like my budget is being considered when discussing solutions for my cars.
