Love these guys! This review is looong overdue as I’ve been coming here since I was 17 with my first car, and since then they’ve seen me through 6 personal cars, and I’ve brought all of my bosses’ cars here as well. The shop is clean, and everyone working here is extremely professional, so kind and helpful, and I feel like I can genuinely trust that any advice or recommendation they have is made out of care and concern with no intent to upsell. They’ve always done their due diligence and checked to see if it was possible to fix a tire instead of just jumping to sell me a new one, and they took great care of me when I was a moderately clueless and very broke college student, and continue to do so now! I weirdly feel like I’ve grown up with them! Ron in particular is super tactful and rocks at explaining things and charges without being condescending, which is important to me as someone who asks a million questions and doesn’t know much about cars. Just the friendliest people who really know what they're doing. Fixed an alignment issue that two different BMW service centers couldn't figure out, and charged me only for the front alignment because that's the only thing that was off. Will go here again and again, this is definitely my go-to now that I live here in LA.
