My RSX had the AC go out a few days ago and I was scared looking into any places thinking what if it’s way too expensive w the pandemic and all, times are just tough . I decided to go w this option upon searching the internet and reading all the great reviews. I was not disappointed! They exceeded all my expectations! Adrian was kind personable and friendly, took my car in for a diagnostic while I left for work and Floyd reached out explaining to me the details of the malfunction. Within the hour he had a piece on the way and by the time I was off work the car was fixed. FLOYD is knowledgeable charismatic and genuinely cares. I’ll continue coming and recommending my friends and family if your reading this, THANK YOU !!

Have a Groupon for Oil Change here?Probably best if you return to Groupon. Apparently they only accept Groupon's on Saturdays 8am to 12pm. Which wasn't the problem. For the previous 4 Saturdays I've called them upon opening and I've been told that they had no availability!!! (For 4 weeks?????) On the 5th week (Saturday), I was told, by a mechanic, that he would be working on a Motor Home all day. He said "Try next week." Honestly, I was upset. Right after the phone conversation, I contacted Groupon and explained my situation. Groupon refunded my purchase immediately. I will never do business with anyone who thinks that because I bought a much cheaper than regular price voucher, my business was not as important as someone who paid regular price? What shame!!

I was driving from LA back home to the Bay. We were in Sherman Oaks when our A/C went out so I told my wife to look for a shop in the Santa Clarita area. She found this shop that had reviews of this shop being very honest and of course very happy customers. Floyd got my A/C blowing cold again and it was more than just a recharge that was needed for my A/C. He noticed my battery had died while he was working on it so he charged my battery and changed my much needed cabin filter replacement. I had no idea that changing out my cabin filter would give me more gas mileage. It went from 265 miles distance to empty to 385 miles after he serviced my vehicle. If that not what did it then I don’t know what else did. For 2 years I’ve noticed my mileage went from almost 400 miles at full tank to 285 miles. Whatever he did I’m back to 400 miles on a full tank. I’ve serviced my vehicles at other shops and told them about it and they just said, those things are never accurate. I’m a very satisfied cu
