Gary is very fair and treats customers with respect no matter their knowledge of cars. He works to help you understand the issues with your vehicle and options to fix it. Its a ripoff by definition. I know that i need a new battery ill go there and he said he need to diagnostic the car and see the car first. I said its done i take the battery to o’reily and autozone they tested and battery have to change. I also have a computer read so I know what i want how much? He said you have to pay me $150 for diagnostic and i decide if the battery need to change i don’t trust other places diagnostic. Battery test its a machine plug in and it read battery health and it said need to be changed. Plus its 2014 BMW and it outlive its 5 years lifespan. He didn’t want to hear anything and impose his $150. It is very dishonest, unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Any honest professional would say “supposed you need a battery this much for battery and this much for registration and installation” not pay me $150 so then i tell you $700 to change a battery. Not recommended at all.

Gary is a person of integrity. He takes great pride in his work, and that is evident In his dealings with customers and the atmosphere of his shop. He was able to diagnose a difficult problem with my 2004 Subaru and while it took a few days to get the part, his charge was exactly what he had quoted and the car was ready before I expected it. Gary has been helping me care for my car for several years. When I leave my car with Gary, I feel confident that he will give me an honest assessment and the best service at tge best price.
