I was recently rear ended on the on the freeway and a friend of mine recommended me to bring my car to Kim's. I was in the middle of going back and forth between insurance and it was such a stressful morning. Charles and Lupe walked me through the entire process and told me exactly what I needed to do. Lupe helped me get my rental set up and arranged for my ride to get the rental. Lupe was in the touch with the insurance adjuster the entire time and she provided me with a timeline of what to expect of my car. She was quick to respond to all of my questions and she provided me with updates every step of the way. I was truly surprised at how quickly I got my car back. The initial damage looked horrible and I am so glad that they were able to replace everything with OEM parts. They even detailed the exterior AND the interior of my car. This is the second time I got my car repaired at Kim’s auto body. I hit a car while trying to park in a cramped parking spot and my front bumper and head lamp on the right side was damaged as a result. This is the first time I ever had a car to car collision so I did not know what to do. I immediately contacted Kim’s auto body and Lupe Garcia walked me through the process from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and ensured there was constant communication to keep me informed throughout the entire process. She helped coordinate with Hertz to get me a car rental while my car is being repaired. When my insurance took longer than expected to provide an appraisal, Kim’s auto body gave me some credit to lower overall cost since i had to would have to pay more money due to a longer car rental. Lupe’s service exceeded my expectation . Note that hertz offers to drop off the rental car at Kim’s auto body. It took about a week or so to get my car repaired and it looked better than before
