I was stranded here & had to get get back to yosemite (that’s where I work). My funds were limited, so I called around to get he best quote. I broke my serpentine belt & tensioner. I knew it was not going to be a cheap fix, but they gave me the best quote. They were very understanding of my situation and tried their best not to break my bank. Because of them, I was able to get home safely and in a timely manner. There are not many auto shops that care about their customers anymore, but this is definitely one of them. EXCELLENT customer service, great job on my car, and reasonably priced repair! My brakes failed on a Friday evening and after calling two other places that couldn’t take my car until Monday, I called R&D auto repair. They told me to bring my car in and they would do everything they could to get it back to me the next day. My car needed a special part and after calling around, they got the part and returned my car to me by Saturday afternoon! I’ve been looking for an honest and good auto repair shop for over three years and I’m happy to say they R&D auto repair is now the place I will use for all my auto repair and maintenance needs!
