I found this business as Master Automotive on Google, and they definitely lived up to their high rating. I asked for a pre-purchase inspection of my car, and help with the related repairs. The inspection was thorough, communication was prompt and clear, and I appreciated their work. Wade and Esma were friendly and helpful, and they even provided a loan car when the replacement parts were delayed. Will definitely visit again. I was very nervous about getting my Porsche worked on- I’ve only ever taken it to the dealership but it needed some body work so I was looking for the best of the best! From the moment Wade answered the phone I knew his shop was perfect. He was polite, thorough and highly accommodating- answering all my questions, taking time to explain the repair process and putting my mind at ease. I had him do the body work and some maintenance (oil change and brakes) the car needed and I am incredibly impressed! You would never know the car had been scratched- it’s as good as new (or better)! Additionally, during my last brake servicing at the dealership I was told the squeaking sound in brakes is normal on Porsches as they were not able to resolve it. Wade has completely fixed the brakes - they are silent as they should be! Thank you to Wade and his team- you are incredible- I will be back for all my Porsche services!! I brought my 2018 BMW X5 in to have the Airbag system reset. All I can say is that Wade is not only a very experienced mechanical engineer but also an incredibly inspirational person. While the Airbag reset was very simple and Wade reset it completely, the time spent with Wade while the system was being reset was absolutely incredible! Wade has so much insight into every part of life that I was astounded by our conversation. I look forward to seeing him again soon.
