Luis was amazing! He made sure I understood the process really well before proceeding with the actual fix. I asked a lot of questions because I don’t know much about car parts and he’s really patient with me. All the communication were clear and smooth. The fix was also really quick! I was impressed when my car came back nice and clean! They even vacuumed and cleaned all the carpets.
