After leaving my car at wheel works for 5 hours for a patch I asked for my keys back and called Ross Tire and Auto. Gentleman on the phone was polite and said bring it in. I was in and out in approx. 5 minutes. Super simple and professional. Thanks!

The replacement tire was ordered in the morning and installed in the afternoon of the same day. The price was competitive and the attitude was friendly. Highly recommended.

I must have passed this shop a millions times and never much paid attention to it but after receiving Gary's nifty mailer AND just so happen to needing new shoes for the Mini, I decided to pop in for a quote...so happy I did! Good pricing, lickity split, quality service with a jovial attitude...my first experience here was a good one and I'll be back for more as they are a full service auto shop.
