This place is a joke, I had a coupon from Groupon but they said it doesn't apply to my GMC so I told them I'll use it on my Nissan but they said I would have to pay a extra $35 so why the hell are they doing Groupon if there not going to honor the deal.

This is a Groupon bait and switch scam. The shop is a one man operation who uses Groupon as free marketing without any intention to actually honor it. The way his scam works is he that mandates appointment. You buy his Groupon for brake pad replacement, call the shop for appointment. He will ask you which car you have and if you have Groupon. If you say yes to Groupon, then no matter what car you have, you will be told that Groupon is not accepted for your car. I asked him for multiple cars like the simplest of economy sedans like Corolla or Civic. Always said No to Groupon. I finally asked him, for which cars is the Groupon acceptable if there is one. He would not say. Instead his words “I make an executive decision in the moment about any car to accept Groupon or not”. Wow ???? Translation, I don’t take Groupon for any car, I just use Groupon as free marketing without any intention to honor it. I reported this business to Groupon. Turns out Groupon is in bed with bad vendors like him
