I backed into a pole and damaged my 2021 Rav4. Toyota recommended this shop to me to get the repairs taken care of. I have to say, I am extremely happy with the end result. They a great job and the car looks exactly like it did when I bought it off the lot. The staff was very reassuring and understanding when I had any concerns. It did take some time which can be frustrating(waiting for parts), however, I am glad they took the time to do it right and not rush. Service: Body & Trim

We took our Sequoia to Michael J’s for some body work. They did a fantastic job! Sergio is very knowledgeable and professional. They finished the repair pretty fast. The price is very competitive. Took my car to them to get the fender and door repaired from an accident. Started out great was kept informed about what needed done. Got my car back the drivers side door was not centered right and my 2020 camaro stereo wouldn’t go off when door opened. So I took my car back to them on 4th street and they said they had to take it to a shop to get it fixed. I said ok. I gave them the location of dealer I wanted it taken to. So I get a call from Ramon and was told to pick it up at the dealership. So I go to the place I told them to take it to just to have them tell me my vehicle was never brought there. So I called them back and was told my car was taken to a GMC dealership instead. I was not happy. So I get the car back and notice not all the pieces were not put on my vehicle. So I take my car back they said they had to order part and would call me when it came in. 3 months later I had to call them to get my part. They do good body work but they are not professional and they don’t retu
