My wife went there 1 month ago for oil change they broke the headlight and tried to sell her one. I just went today for a simple oil change I inspected my headlights before handing over keys. Sure enough they broke my headlight as well and tried to sell me a new headlight bulb. Strait scammers. Place is trash and they should be all fired.
Once again, fast and courteous service at Jiffy Lube. I was in and out in 20minutes. Sunday is the best time to get the oil changed their is never a wait. Thank you! Location on Capitol Ave. in San Jose.
