Took my Mini Coop to Alvin's Auto for the first time last week because it needed oil (emergency!) I love that they have an online system to book your appointment. You can also chose which services to accept or decline, automated. Picked up my car the next day and paid a reasonable price as well. Tony was very helpful to get me back on the road! Thank you! The team at Alvin’s were great. They offer a free towing option if your within 3-miles which was wonderful. My ride needed a lot of work and they were relatively quick and communicated very well. Prices seemed very fair. I do think they should waive the $155 inspection fee if the customer agrees to perform the work recommended. Outside of that, I had a wonderful experience and will be returning when needed. Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I love this place, found them on yelp and they are so close to work so I was able to drop it off and walk to work. Super friendly and explained everything well. Great customer service!! Will be coming here for my auto maintenance needs. They also gave me access to pick up my car after they closed because I got off of work late.
