I am generally not one to write reviews but West Wind Automotive did such an excellent job with my car that I feel the urge to share. The service was incredible: kind and responsive folks (shoutout to Tony and Shannon!) who took the time to listen to all my concerns and address them properly, and patiently answered all my questions and explained the process. The service was very quick; my car was ready earlier than expected, and they were very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times/dates and adjusted to meet my needs. All communications were extremely prompt and courteous, and the whole process was made seamless. I received my car in an excellent shape, besides all the repairs that were perfectly done (in addition to some courtesy fixes), my car was clean from the outside and inside and felt brand new. I would highly recommend West Wind Automotive for anyone looking for a job well done in a timely manner, hassle-free, with incredible service, professionalism, and kind staff. Service
