If you own a BMW and have had horrible experiences with other Indy shops in the city and just wish you could find someone honest, fair priced, and knowledgeable on BMW, Bay Motor Works is what you've been missing. Cliff, the owner, is a true gem of a human. I had my car diagnosed at another shop and they told me my whole turbocharger needed to be replaced for over 6k. I ended up taking it to BMW for a diagnostic and it was my wastegate actuator and engine mounts, but the quote was STILL over 6k which sounded absurd. Cliff was able to get it done for a fraction, and when I turned my car on I hadn't heard it sound that good in months. Truly shocked. They even washed my car for me upon pickup! Turnaround time was super fast, he was very communicative about how long they would need, pricing and an additional hose they would need to replace.
