After an unfortunate encounter with a road hazard, I was concerned about driving my car since it was making disturbing noises. The first body shop my insurance carrier referred me to offered me an appointment 8 days later. I then contacted Selecta and got seen the same day. Gene explained the damage and what would be needed to repair the car. He also had the part responsible for the noises removed and assured me that the car was safe to drive until the needed parts arrived. Gene and the other members of the staff constantly kept me apprised of the progress of the repairs and it was completed right on schedule. Anthony completed the paperwork, reviewed what had been done and enabled me to pick up my car. Before picking Selecta, I read the reviews and was impressed that the owner left follow-up comments. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful,nice, and they actually keep you in the loop when they have your car! Sadly, I've used this body shop multiple times and each time I've gotten quality care and service.
