My daughter is doing a college internship here in the summer from out of state. She brought the family 2001 Mercedes SLK to move and have a way to get around on the weekends, etc. However, on the trip out here the check engine light came on at some point but the car seemed to be running just fine. I finally made a trip out to visit, and I took the car to Ed’s because of the good Google reviews. Ed ran a diagnostic test and found that there was a pressure loss error related to the gasoline tank. I remembered a time seven years ago when we first bought the car, and I had a similar issue where we didn’t tightly close the gas cap. This caused the check engine light to come on at that time. Remembering that episode, I asked Ed to reset the error to see if that would solve the problem. He reset the error message and refused any payment. Excellent service, every time I have a problem with my sprinter van they always take care of it no matter what. I highly recommend this place especially if you have an European car because those guys are great and they’re always available for all your mechanical needs
