A 79-year-old friend from out of town had a dashboard light illuminate on his 24-year-old pick-up truck on the way back home, so he pulled in to have it checked out just before leaving San Francisco. Patrick was outstanding—professional, competent, fair, and able to diagnose the problem, pick up the part in Oakland, complete the repair, and have us back on the highway by the end of the day. Not only that, Patrick’s restroom sparkled!
