I was searching for a reputable, reliable and affordable shop and finally found one. I sent an email through their website and Johnny responded in timely manner. He gave me a phone number that I can call and discussed what was the issue with the car and sent him a photo. I told him that I don't mind about the dent, I'm just worried about the rust (it can spread ). Johnny gave me an estimate and paid close to the amount we discussed. I was really happy about the result. The car was ready the following day and couldn't make it on time. So we moved it to the next day without an issue. I told him that I was going to take an Uber to get to his shop because my wife is working that day. He even offered to pick me up at my place since he lives nearby and he's on his to his shop. I recommend this shop and Johnny will explain everything what will do to your car. Thank you again Johnny!

Excellent service from Rafael & Team from beginning to end! Smaller shop but with great mechanics, with superb customer service behind. Unlike other shops they do NOT overcommit with their time estimate and are also very thorough in explaining all the costs. They directly deal with the Insurance companies, which make the process less cumbersome for the customers. Overall, I am an extremely satisfied customer and I'll 100% use International Auto Body & Paint again! I highly recommend them!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
