Writing this review on behalf of my Grandpa who received services a short time ago from this mechanic. He had brought in his truck in regards to the ignition cylinder that needed to be replaced after a failed attempt by us. We informed the mechanic that if he needed to change the whole entire ignition housing it was okay. To avoid any hassle. He assured my grandpa that the ignition housing was salvageable and just needed the cylinder replaced. After receiving the truck back in a couple days and driving to Walmart the truck did not start back up and delayed us about 2 hours at Walmart before it started up again. We assumed it was due to the programming of the key sequence. When brought back to the mechanic stating the problems he then said well maybe you need your ignition housing replaced. We said we gave you the green light to change the housing if need to be and you did not. We are under the impression that he tried to cut corners and save himself time.
