My experience was amazing the work was done perfectly, I was kept informed the entire process. They helped me get the rental and the staff are professional and friendly. I would use them again.

I took my car to Caliber after getting clipped by a hit-and-run driver on my left rear fender and bumper. Repairs took 12 days (including time at a tire store for checking the frame and alignment) and included a new wheel, tire, and wheel cover. Alex kept me informed on their progress almost daily. The paint on the repaired panels was gorgeous and I will be taking it back for them to paint the entire car. They took one day beyond the estimated completion date (I didn’t care) so Alex did not charge me for painting an area that was not covered by insurance. Caliber Collision has definitely been the best auto shop I've been to. The customer service is outstanding and they did an amazing job on my vehicle! They even finished over a week earlier than expected, which was great! Alexis was very generous, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
