What can I say, if I could give them a 10 I would! Torres Auto Body went ABOVE and BEYOND with my repair. The professionalism and care with my entire situation really touched me. I had one of the worst experiences with GEICO thru this process but Torres Auto Body really made up for it. They were absolutely understanding of my situation and accommodating! My car literally looks brand new! If I ever need an auto body shop in the future, I will only go to Torres Auto Body! If you have auto body needs I highly recommend them!! Incredible service at this auto body shop. Was willing to work with me every step of the way. I initially contacted Ernesto to make sure he could help me within a timeframe with a specific turnaround as the damage done to the vehicle was not known to the owner as I was borrowing it. He assured me it could be done. I brought in a 2018 Toyota Tundra that needed help. Headlight, fender, and bumper all needed replacing. After I dropped the vehicle off, the owner was returning much sooner than the time I had given Ernesto but he assured me he would do his best and was able to have it done just in time and it looked great. The owner of the truck hasn't raised any questions and I cannot be thankful enough. I cannot recommend this shop enough for working with me and providing me great transparency on the cost as well. I've used Torres Auto for hundreds of vehicles. They handle our chp contract paint and have always done a great job! They're good people.. Ernie, his son, and Steve are all stand up guys. I highly recommend them.
