Joe did an excellent job in finding and repairing a serious water leak my 1998 Jeep Cherokee. This past winter we've had an enormous amount of rain in Sacramento (badly needed to end the drought.) In January I discovered that the entire floor on the front passenger side was soaked. My regular mechanic thought it might be caused by blockage in the air intake or evaporation system. When neither were the cause, he recommended a specialized 4WD. I brought the Jeep to Joe and within a day he found the problem (an inlet plug missing), searched for a replacement part (no luck), then made one himself.
