Outstanding! Did my 1.8T conversion for my Vanagon. Excellent customer service always. My go to when my beast needs work. Lost a transmission hose today, got it towed in, and I was in & out in 2 hours to fix, wash and change the engine oil that was due... hard to find great shops like this anymore.

Our experience at Stephan’s Auto Haus was nothing short of superb! When our VW Vanagon had a bad coolant leak after a long drive down from Vancouver, Canada they made time to squeeze us in so we could get back on the road quickly and safely. Not only did they find and fix the original problem quickly, they also recommended a few quick fixes that were crucial to the safety of us and our van. Truly remarkable customer service, as everyone at the shop was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care that everything was running smoothly. I don’t think there is a better mechanic one could recommend!

I found this place on Google search and it got my attention because of the 4.8 star rating. Liked the way Jason handled my situation for my car and parts.Was handled a well professional manner. Especially loved the tech "Javier" . Really appreciated his one -on-one way of customer interaction. And was updated on what was going on (really appreciated) Though I brought parts for vehicle, because when dealing with old cars things will brake. Yet the way they handled it was very "Cool" and hey things happened. Plus being a technician myself I understand.
