My 2003 BMW needed some repairs. I took it to Ellio's. The staff was professional, friendly and interested in my car problem. They fixed it the first time, did't charge me an arm & a leg. Happy with service. Will use them again. Service: Engine repair
This was my first time going to Ellios and they did an amazing job. Very detailed oriented and told me the things that I need to get done, as well as pointed out items to keep an eye on. They also worked extremely well with my maxcare warranty and were able to help me get items covered. Highly recommend. Services: Brakes, Oil change
Ellio's has been my go-to dealer and service shop for my past three Mercedes. In fact, I bought the last two from them. Could not imagine having anyone else do the service/repairs. I trust them implicitly to do what is needed, without pushing extra services on me (which used to happen with other dealers). The Ellio's family are all knowledgeable, caring, honest, and wonderful to deal with. Cannot say enough positive about this dealership. Service: General repairs & maintenance
