Great service. Great and friendly staff. I was having issues with my car caused by a different shop and I called Sacramento Specialty Auto and they got my car in the same day and got me a loaner at no extra charge. They identified my problem and worked with me to get it solved and now my car is riding smooth. Will definitely be going back next time I need a shop

They inspected my vehicle and suggested the repairs needed. When it was discovered that my car was still under warranty but only at the dealership where it was purchased, they graciously allowed me to to pursue the necessary repairs at the dealership. I had an excellent experience with every aspect of my interactions here. I’m new to Sacramento and needed to have some work done on a vehicle, but didn’t know where to take it. All the positive reviews led me here and I can guarantee I’ll be back. The online appointment request form was very helpful for being able to let them know exactly what I needed to have done before even talking to anyone. They were able to get me in within a few days from my initial contact on the exact day that worked best for me. When I arrived Chris met me and walked me through everything they were going to do and what the costs would be. He was very welcoming and is the kind of guy you can just tell is trustworthy. Throughout their initial inspection they kept me updated and even included pictures to help describe what needed to be done.
