I absolutely love these guys! Friendly, timely and honest service, what else could you ask for? They are really transparent with what they are doing, what needs to be done, and how much it's going to cost and it's all automated so it's as easy as checking your email. Our car broke down in Sacramento and we took it right to Black Rock Auto. Dave was kind and communicative and really helped us out. It ended up being an issue covered by Toyota but we so appreciated Dave diagnosing it for us. Timing is everything ✨
This is the 3rd time I've had my oil changed on this particular car - a 2014 Honda CR-V - and it was done in less time than promised (I walked over to Shine Kava for a danish and coffee).
