The customer service was excellent. I felt like the workers there were being honest and truly looking out for my best interest. Im 100% satisfied and will continue doing business there as well as sharing my expiernce with others . Great job Pep Boys!!
Josh provided me with exceptional customer service and the price was extremely fair. They completed everything much faster than I anticipated. Overall amazing experience.
Had an appointment at 1:30pm for four tire installation + alignment. I arrived on time. They didn't start working on my car until 6:30pm. When they were "done", they forgot to do the alignment! Car wasn't ready until ~7:20pm, well past closing time. The next day, I checked the tires with my dad because I didn't trust the quality of the installation. Tires were overinflated past 40psi (my car recommends 34). Also, they completely overused the tire mounting (or whatever it is) solution, as white stains were left all over my front tires that I cannot wash off. Thankfully, the tires were mounted properly as my dad checked the lugnuts. Will not be going back.
