Chevrolet Service Center - Sacramento

Well when I looked the dealership up online I found the car that I wanted but, I figured that I would have talk and go back and forth with them being a mature woman of color. However, the moment I walked through the door of Future Chevrolet it was one of the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I was approved in less than an hour, with a test drive first. Everyone was so kind and friendly kept asking if I needed anything, water or snacks and while I wait to do the paperwork different ones kept coming out to check on me. I think I cried about five times because I did not expect to leave with the car that I wanted or leave with any car. Also, they made the information very clear so that I could understand what was being said. I asked questions and got straight answers. I will be baking them something for Christmas, thank you guys so I new car. But I give thanks and to GOD first!!!!!

I’ve been working with service advisor, Chad Weaver for a number of years now. I keep a pretty close eye on service needs for my vehicles. Chad has always provided sound advice on those needs, without the normal dealership pressure that one might encounter. I also appreciate the videos of the service as my vehicle moves through its service, especially the under chassis videos. Keep up the good work!

John is the best service specialist. Always helpful, jovial, and quick to get back to me with any questions or service requests. Best Chevy service in Northern California. Even when I moved away I came back here to get my car taken care of.
