Years ago I married into a family with an excellent mechanic who grew up here in Sacramento. My now ex-father-in-law always said that when he needed to outsource mechanic work, he took his cars to his friend, Larry. Larry Zimmerman (and his son Aaron) always offered him a fair price and a thorough inspection to make sure the cars were in good running order. I finally started taking my car here about a year ago and I'm convinced. I'm never going anywhere else. I didn't ever get a chance to meet Larry, but I can't say enough nice things about Aaron. He's honest and friendly. He's been generous and flexible, fitting me in when I needed an oil change and replacing the squeaking belt he put in a year ago at no charge. I pay a little more here than I would at a chain discount oil change place, but it's definitely worth it. I feel safe driving my car knowing that it is in good shape and if I find something wrong, I can take it to Aaron and he'll figure it out and not charge me an arm an

Excellent, timely service at an affordable price. Aaron knows what he's doing - especially with diesels. He'll take care of you, going above and beyond to make sure it's done right, while maintaining a fair price. I don't usually do reviews but Larry'z Auto definitely deserves a great one.

Larry'z is hands down the best experience I've ever had with car repairs. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly fair. He will always give you his best recommendation even if that advice costs him a job or extra money. I would suggest anyone take their cars here for an excellent customer experience and quality work.
