price: 4 stars (higher is cheaper) quality of work: 4 stars (higher is better) overall combination: 6/5 stars (because quality of work exceeds inverse of price on 5-star scale by 2, given that the index overall 4/5 stars corresponds to quality of working equalling inverse of price, i.e., 4-star price and 2-star work or 3-star price and 3-star work) points deducted: gave me replacement brake rotors that had surface rust within 1 month (minus 1 star), however doesn't affect mechanical performance because only surface rust (plus 0.75 stars) final score: 5.75/5 stars You can't ask for more for the money!

I called this shop a month ago to find out how much it would cost to replace a part that works the defroster in my car so I knew how much to set aside and was originally quoted $615. So I set aside the money they originally quoted me, NOT including the money I paid to buy the parts from AutoZone, and called back to set up the appointment and confirm the price, and was now told $625... That is not what I was expecting and for this being the first time trying to give this shop a shot and see how I like them, they were completely dishonest and unfortunately did not earn my business. Who knows, maybe if I called back a 3rd time the price will go up again...
