I called about 5 shops around town and got estimates on a 2 inch level kit with install on my new 2019 Ford F-150 Super Crew. Jose gave me the quote when I came in and was patient and showed stellar customer service when giving me my estimate. Since his estimate shattered the other places I called, I booked an 8am Saturday appointment. They were ready for me when I got there and let me know my truck would be done between 3pm-5pm. At 2:00pm, I received a call that she was ready for pick up. I arrived and my truck was perfectly leveled. More impressive than the perfect cutomer service and quality work, was the fact they used a Rough Country 2inch level kit. I didn't even request a brand but the used a top end part. Very impressed. The flashy 4x4 and truck specialty stores quoted me almost double. I couldn't be happier with my decision to give Florin Auto Centre my business; I'll be back when I need wheels and tires, they have a huge selection. Thanks guys!! Service: Steering & suspensio

I called and spoke with Bo, he asked yr/make/model and what I needed, which was a wheel alignment. It was reasonably priced and could be done that same day, which was perfect for me. (I had called other places where they gave me a pricier price ???? for two wheel or four wheel alignment and was appointment based.) Bo said they typically do all four wheels and asked if I could take it and drop it off. He was pleasant and straight forward. He also gave me a wheel alignment report showing what adjustments were made. I will use their services again when my car needs it.
