Star Motors Speciality Automotive Repair of Sacramento Alvin, the owner, Soua, service technician, and service team are trustworthy, reliable, and fair. They have consistently provided excellent service and care. In 2018 they fixed my 2008 BMW, and today they did it again! This time my BMW would no longer start after it rode extremely rough. It was not the battery. I called and scheduled an appointment to get a diagnosis and estimate. I had to have my BMW towed there (thank you Triple AAA and Kee). Alvin and Soua communicated clearly throughout the repair process and fixed my BMW promptly. My BMW starts up smoothly, and the engine runs beautifully. I feel so safe and very confident driving my family in my vehicle. I had significant cost savings at Star Motors compared to taking my BMW to a BMW dealership.
