A few days ago I call these guys for a estimate to change my catalytic converter they can't give me a price over the phone but tell me bring the car in they'll diagnose it for $175 and give me an exact price even though I know my bank 2 cat is clogged. Decided to just put the job on hold for now since it's a costly repair. I called these guys back a few days later to take advantage of the oil change coupon they mailed me for my other car and all the sudden they're booked out two weeks and don't have time to do an oil change. Apparently they don't want to waste their time on oil changes but they were available right away when they saw a opportunity to charge me for a $175 "diagnostic" and an expensive cat. repair plus who knows what else. These guys are just trying to make a big buck off you and will most likely try to upsell you any way they can. Service: Oil change
