Never go to this location. I had an appointment at 8 am this morning and my vehicle was never even look at. It was in the same spot that I parked it in. The associate/ store manager Hilton checked me in and did not say it would be days. When I made the appointment for Monday they said they would have the staff to get it done. Even talk to the tech. When I call at about 545 they said that they would try to get it done tomorrow. 2 days without a car with an appointment and then a maybe. Go somewhere else that will respect and appreciate the money you are spending Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my car here for the last time a few months ago. I took it in for an alignment because I had the lifetime alignment and for a tire repair because I had the tire insurance. As with every time here when I've had a scheduled appointment, they kept the car for multiple days. When I called to find out what was going on the person on the phone told me it would be $3,000 to get all the new work they found. I said no thank you because I am not made of money and went to pick up my car. They stated they could not do the alignment because of the other work needed. They said nothing about the tire. They charged me, gave me my keys, and I left straight for the dealership. It turns out none of the work was needed. The Ford dealership did the alignment with zero problems. And I had to go to a new tire shop to get tires since they didn't even mention that. The tire was bad, lopsided even, was under warranty still, and they did absolutely nothing.
