Called Mission Bell Motorworks on Monday morning after having gone to the BMW dealership. Took my 2016 320i to the BMW dealership and they gave me a diagnosis for spark plugs that was way over my budget. I called Mission Bell to get a quote and they got me in with an incredible rate that I couldn’t beat. The team was really personable and helpful. He got my car in that same day and was done with it the following day. Would highly recommend in the future and will be back. Service: General repairs & maintenance

First of all I want to start off saying. I'm quite picky where I take my car. Manager was quite impressive to me on knowledge he has about BMWs. This guy knows his stuff very good at what he does and he has earned my trust after 3 years of me taking my 3 different types if Bmws to him. Greatly appreciate all your help! Always a good fair price as well. I give my recommendation without reservation to the shop.

Found Mission Bell Motorworks online looking for an oil change. They were advertising a deal on their website that expired, but they were happy to honor the mistake. Robert spent a lot of time with me explaining their services and offer a free inspection for my other car as well. Was very comfortable sending my wife there knowing there would be no pressure tactics. I was able to get an appointment same day and was in and out quickly.
