Dalcar Auto Repair

I had, had very bad dealings over the years with repair shops that had ripped me off to the tune of thousands of dollars. Dalcar was recommended to me many years ago and I have never looked back. Dalton's expertise allows him to diagnose problems other people miss. I have taken him a huge variety of vehicles of my own and recommended him to friends,all whom have been delighted . His honesty is extremely refreshing. These days having car trouble is stressful enough, but knowing you can take it somewhere where you will be told the truth and treated respectfully, Is outstanding. I need more stars, Dalcar is wonderful. Friendly , honest, and very fair. I never thought ny car could run so well. I will never go anywhere else. God bless him. Nice to know a man who takes such pride in his work.

I took my car to this shop twice and each time I took it in there resulted a different issue. The last time I came in the owner insulted me with slurs and called me an idiot, stupid, and other demeaning words. He was extremely defensive when I asked him about the mechanisms of each part that was fixed. He repeatedly would cut me off when I tried to explain my issue. I had great rapport with his son who is very helpful and honest, but as far as the owner/head mechanic he is bad news. The things that I came in for: 1st visit- Engine Coils for my Audi A4 Which he charged $650 Then my car oil started leaking. 2nd Visit - Oil Leak Which he charged again $700 Then my car was burning too much oil and overheating 3rd Visit - Overheating He forgot to place the coolant hoses back into the proper place when fixing the oil issue and housing block and now refuses to look at my car. Don't recommend this place at all, and especially if you're African American; expressed rascist remarks that dwelled
