Went there because they were recommended. Went inside to ask about prices about their AC. Stood there with my friend for about 7 mins while the owner was on the phone. Didn't say anything. Not "hold on one moment" or "be with u in just a moment" which I used to do regardless of profession (office, customer service, fast food etc). Because of that we went next door (few doors down) and lost a customer . I'm so sorry but that was very rude.

A new customer. I have been to this place to get a Camry 2002 front bearing pressed in. They did the job very good, put the bearing in without damaging it. The previous place I visited, Ga...la Auto destroyed the bearing I provided with the spindle before. This shop is clean, seems well organized with adequate tools, people are punctual and really nice. Their pricing is fair and feels all right when you pay for the service without any remorse. I will use them whenever needed. A role model repair shop for 87% of the mechanics in the nation.

Let me start off with saying I never usually write reviews, but this shop has been so AWESOME that I feel it is the least I can do. I run a small business with a fleet of cars and since I have found A&R they have truly helped me and my business so much. Andres and Auscencio are Very knowledgeable, honest, and just really cool people. They always take their time to explain exactly what’s going on with the vehicle and always provided fair pricing since day one. I even recommend my closest family and friends to A&R auto service.
