If you like what your car looks like I would not bring it here! All that needed to be done was repair a scratch on the bumper. The insurance carrier of the woman who ran into me brought me here. Caliber attempted to repair the damage on the bumper and on the day of pickup they had me first sign for the insurance company to reimburse them as the job being completed, without showing me the repair first. However, there was an issue with the bumper alignment. They were able to take the car apart but after multiple attempts were not able to successfully align the bumper when putting the car back together. On the last day of pickup the rep acknowledged there was an issue but suggested I take my car to the dealer to get repaired there as they couldn't fix the issue.

This place is great! Ask for Rafael. He did a very good job keeping me informed and my repairs were completed on time. My 2011 Lexus IS 250 looks like new. Unfortunately, a Van backed into my car which was parked in the parking lot. Thankfully their insurance covered it. I choose Caliber Collision in Redwood City to make the necessary repairs. They repaired my back side quarter panel that was dented, the back bumper and rear passenger door. The paint matched perfectly, as I was worried about how they would blend it in to the rest of the car. But it turned out amazing. No over spray issues on the lights or anything. All the pieces were put back together just like it was originally installed from the factory. They also arranged a rental car which was waiting for me when I dropped off the car.
