Very professional and reliable body shop. Sami who was the main point of contact who helped with this repair was great at constantly communicating with us on the damages, timelines etc. He also gave us a very good price and did a great job in ensuring we got everything resolved. Frustrating. Repair was incomplete so we scheduled to drop off the car again the following Tuesday. I sent a text the night before (Monday) to confirm drop-off time. No response. When we show up they say “We’re pretty busy today. How about next week?” Sayonara.
Next time you get great service and are impressed with the work, check to see which broken parts were glued together and put back on underneath the pretty paint then billed as new. Maybe they only do that when they're dealing with an insurance claim? Best of luck. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
