Friendly service, all my questions and concerns were explained and overall vadim is very reasonable. Don’t understand some of the one star reviews.

I was looking for a place to take my car into to get some work done and I came across this place on google as it isn't too far from where I work. Based off of the reviews - 4.3/5 star - I decided to take a closer look at this repair shop. A little about myself, I am a hamburger when it comes to cars and do not know much about it besides how to drive it. I clicked into the reviews and saw that there are some interesting negative reviews recently. I decided to dig a little deeper and do a google search of this business and instantly found some videos on youtube from previous customers. After watching a handful of videos on youtube on this place, I decided it is best that I don't take my car here because the shop owner seems fairly dishonest, dismissive, and does not care about his customers. I've often heard horrible stories on how auto repair shops scam people and this place sure seems like one of them. I am so glad for doing more research on this place before I brought my car there. Vadim has been taking great care of my primary car. He is keeping it in a top shape. I trust him and recently took my non-Mercedes car to his shop, since I suspected there was a problem and the dealer service could not identify the issue. Vadim did a very thorough inspection and then did research on the car brand and particular model and year and pointed out multiple issues owners had with the engine during that year. His recommendation was that the lifetime of the car was limited and while he could repair it, I would be better off getting another car, considering costs of upcoming repairs vs the cost of getting another car. I followed his recommendation and if anyone has car issues that require a top expert, especially on European brands, I always recommend Vadim.
